What To Expect
Welcome!Abundant Life Church is a loving family of followers of Jesus Christ, and we'd like to invite you to join us! What can you expect?
How do I get in?You can enter from the parking lot below Hooper Road. The worship space is up the stairs you'll see to your left when you come in the door.
If you need to enter on the same level as the worship space, feel free to park in the spots on Hooper Road, and enter the front door at the bottom of the ramp.
Dress comfortably! If you like to dress up, you're welcome. If you'd rather wear jeans, you're welcome, too. Pastor Bob usually preaches in jeans, so you know comfort is key.
How long do your Sunday worship encounters last?We start at 10:00 on Sunday morning, and the service usually ends around noon.
What are your Sunday worship encounters like?We praise God enthusiastically! You'll primarily find contemporary Christian praise and worship music, but we'll mix in some old choruses and hymns, too. You'll find some of us with our hands raised, some dancing, some being more subdued.
Because we're a Spirit-filled church, don't be surprised to hear us speaking or singing in other tongues, and sharing in the gifts of the Spirit.
Pastor Bob teaches and preaches the uncompromised Word of God in a relevant and often funny way. Expect to be challenged to trust God, step out in faith, and press in to a deeper relationship with the Lord.
Absolutely not! We're not perfect either. Join us as we all seek to be conformed to the image of Jesus. Expect to be loved and encouraged when you walk through the doors!
